Q: How am I able to get a vending machine at my place of business? A: Simply send an E-mail to questions@oasisvending.ca with a contact name and number, or fill out our online form by clicking here, to arrange a free consultation. |

Q: What types of machines do you have? A: Oasis Vending offers many types of machines including pop machines, snack machines, and coffee machines. We also have triple vend machines which offer pop, snacks, and coffee from a single machine. |

Q: How often are the vending machines serviced? A: All of our vending machines are serviced at a minimum of once per week. Larger volume machines are serviced twice per week. |

Q: Are we able to have input as to what snacks are carried in the machine? A: Absolutely, we are always looking for input. Simply call the number on the machine to talk to an operator, or send an E-mail to service@oasisvending.ca with your name, location, as well as the item(s) you would like to have in your machine. Q: Do you carry healthier snacks? A: We carry a wide variety of healthier snacks and are able to include them in your machine. If this is something you're interested in, just let us know. |

Q: Am I able to receive a commission on the machines if they are placed at my business? A: Yes, commissions may be available depending on the volume of the machines. |

Q: What happens if I lose my money in the machine? A: You can call the operator for a full refund, or see the contact person at your location who can refund your money. You can also email service@oasisvending.ca for a refund. These calls are important to us as they let us know that a machine is in need of service. |

Q: How long does it take to get service on a machine in case of a problem? A: Our goal is to have all calls for service answered within 24 hours. |
